Homes I’ve Helped Buy and Sell Across the Triad

This post is a transparent look at the real homes I have helped people sell and buy across Guilford, Rockingham, Randolph, Davidson, and Forsyth Counties.

No highlight reels. No vague claims. Just addresses, outcomes, and the work behind them.

Each address below links to its Zillow page so you can see the property context for yourself. Even though Zillow has some issues, it is still the platform my buyers and sellers use most frequently.

Why This Matters

Every address above represents a real client and a real transaction. My job is not to pressure or oversell. My job is to explain risk, protect deadlines, and help people make informed decisions under North Carolina real estate law.

If you are buying or selling in the Triad and want steady guidance instead of noise, I’m happy to help.
