Joy Watson Real Estate is a locally owned, non-corporate real estate company in Greensboro, NC. As a former Guilford County special education teacher, Joy combines her passion for education and community with expert real estate services while helping families buy, sell, and find the perfect rental or home in the Triad.
My Story
Eric and I are proud parents to five amazing kids. As remote workers, we’ve turned our love for Greensboro into a family mission: creating beautiful short-term rentals that also serve as hands-on learning hubs for students with learning differences.
Our daughters Ivy and Ellie inspire the book-themed “Library of Ivy & Ellie,” while the music-themed “Hunsucker’s Place” reflects memories with Eric’s three sons as well as our family’s love of live music and local culture. We’re always exploring Greensboro’s hidden gems, farmers markets, and downtown spots. We e love sharing them with our guests and clients.
