Joy is the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Joy Watson Real Estate. She helps people buy and sell homes across Greensboro and the Triad and hosts a collection of well-loved local rentals.
Mom to Ivy and Ellie Ham, rehabber and lover of old homes, thrift shopper, baker, knitter, sewist, foodie, Master Gardener, former special education teacher and downtown nightlife subscriber.

Eric keeps our rental homes running, handling property management, maintenance, and repairs so tenants and guests are always taken care of.
Dad to Logan, Larson, and Landon, (and a flock of chickens), Head of Transportation, and Most Supportive Partner Award recipient for 7 years in a row. Eric loves playing piano, especially Yacht Rock, working in the yard and listening to live music with friends downtown. Eric is also a Kenneth Monarrez Person of the Year Award Nominee for 2023.

Who will I actually work with at Joy Watson Real Estate?
Joy, directly. She is the owner and Broker-in-Charge, and she handles buying and selling with clients herself. Eric handles property management and repairs for our rentals. There is no team of rotating agents and no assistant screening your calls.
Is Joy Watson Real Estate part of a franchise?
No. We are an independently owned Greensboro firm (NC Firm License #C37131). No national brand, no corporate scripts, no handing your file to a call center.
What areas do you serve?
Greensboro and the surrounding Triad, including High Point and nearby communities. We know the older, walkable neighborhoods especially well: Fisher Park, College Hill, Westerwood, Dunleath, and more.
Do you handle rentals as well as home sales?
