About Idlewood House

Idlewood House is a rehabbed 1948 house with a private owner’s suit in the finished walk up attic space. The floor in the upstairs bedroom was painted by a local artist Jesse Moncla and is a very unique space. There is a sitting area upstairs, bedroom and bathroom with double sink vanity. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the main floor. The kitchen features gas stove and stainless appliances. Microwave is tucked away in cabinet and laundry room is off kitchen. Guest Access

Guests have access to the whole house. Please note that the backyard is a shared space with our other properties.

Other things to note

This is an rehabbed older home on a busy road within a walking distance of nightlife, restaurants, urban trail, parks, downtown and hospitals. Ambulance and fire trucks pass by regularly. People will regularly access yard to care for landscaping. Pet waste must be picked up immediately and placed in green outdoor trash can.
