A short term furnished rental includes furniture, linens, a fully stocked kitchen, utilities, WiFi, and professional cleaning between every single stay. A 12 month unfurnished lease includes none of that. When you add it all up, the nightly rate on a furnished rental is often a lot more comparable than it first looks. We love hosting travel nurses and appreciate what you do. Our calendar works the same way for everyone, first come, first served. We don't hold dates without a paid booking, and we won't be following up to ask about extensions. If you want to extend, grab the dates on Airbnb before someone else does.

Yes. All four short term rentals welcome pets. Your Mom's Place and the Urban Birdhouse allow a maximum of 1 pet. All other short term properties allow up to 2 pets. All pets must be listed at the time of booking, no exceptions. The pet fee is $25 per night for short term stays. Guests traveling with cats must disclose before booking their method for containing cat litter, preventing claw damage to furnishings, and preventing spraying. My Sister's House at 1007 Grayland Ave has a fully fenced yard and covered patio, best for guests with dogs. Note that Hunsucker's Place has a shared, unfenced backyard and is not ideal for off leash dogs. Traveling with an ESA or service animal? Please read our ESA and Service Animal policy and Fair Housing information before booking. Having an approved ESA exempts guests from the non refundable pet fee. It does not exempt guests from additional cleaning or damage fees if the animal causes excessive wear, fur, filth, or damage.

Your Mom's Place consists of private rooms inside our personal home. Because guests sometimes share Airbnb account access with others, all guests booking Your Mom's Place must provide a government issued photo ID before check in. The name on the booking must match the name on the ID. This is non negotiable and exists to protect the safety and security of our home.

All four short term rentals are in the MidTown corridor within a short drive or bike ride of both UNCG and Cone Health. Library of Ivy and Ellie and Your Mom's Place are the most walkable to UNCG. Please note that Wendover Ave is a busy four lane road and ambulances pass at all hours given the hospital proximity.

The Urban Birdhouse ADU at 905 B W Wendover Ave is available as a mid term rental at $1,500 per month with a 30 day minimum stay, month to month. Monthly professional cleaning is included in that rate. Maximum 1 pet with a $100 pet fee per 30 day stay. Contact Joy directly for availability and pricing.

Water, trash pickup, landscaping, pest control, and onsite maintenance are all included in the monthly rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas, internet, and optional security monitoring. Renters insurance covering personal possessions and personal liability is required. Standard leases run 12 months. Shorter terms are available at a higher monthly rate. The 622 B Walker Ave property is in an HOA community; tenants must agree to and follow all HOA rules and regulations at time of lease and throughout tenancy. Applications are accepted via Zillow or RentRedi.

Check in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Checkout is before 10:00 AM. These apply to all four short term rentals. Early check in (up to 2 hours before 4:00 PM) and late checkout (up to 2 hours after 10:00 AM) are available when the calendar allows, for a fee of $50 each. We charge for this because our cleaning team must expedite their work when given less time between guests, and that cost passes through directly to them. Early check in and late checkout must be requested and confirmed in advance through Airbnb messaging and are never guaranteed.

Yes. If linens or towels are permanently stained or damaged, fees apply: $25 per bath towel and $100 per sheet set. Quilts and duvet covers are billed based on the item. When our cleaners report damage, we reach out to the guest first to explain what was found and what the cost will be before filing anything through Airbnb. We never submit a resolution request without contacting you first.

All damage, whether from pets or people, is handled through Airbnb's Resolution Center. When our cleaners report damage, we contact the guest directly first to let them know what was found. We often need to wait until a repair is made or a replacement is priced before we know the exact amount. Once the total is confirmed, we file a resolution request through Airbnb. Guests are always informed before any request is submitted and have the opportunity to respond through Airbnb's process.

Only toilet paper and natural waste. Please do not flush wipes of any kind (including those labeled "flushable"), feminine hygiene products, or anything else. These are older homes and the plumbing is not designed for it. Plumbing repairs caused by guest misuse are billed between $100 and $500.

Beyond that, our pricing is set by dynamic pricing software and reflects the market for a fully furnished, maintained, Superhost home with utilities included. We don't negotiate rates outside of what Airbnb already shows.
