Joy Watson Real Estate is operated by Joy Watson, a licensed North Carolina Realtor® (License #307423) affiliated with firm license #C37131. Joy Watson Real Estate provides real estate brokerage services in the State of North Carolina in compliance with the North Carolina Real Estate License Law (NC General Statutes Chapter 93A) and the rules of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC).

North Carolina law requires that real estate agents provide written disclosure of the brokerage relationship before any substantive discussion of property. Using this website, submitting a contact form, or engaging in preliminary conversation does not create a binding brokerage agreement or agency relationship.
