• Keeping Things Fresh and Clean:

  • Spot a bug indoors? Just tidy up any crumbs and trash and let us know—we’ll arrange pest control or a mid-stay cleaning ($80/hr, 48+ hrs notice) to keep things spotless.

  • Furniture & décor: We kindly ask that you leave furniture and decorations as they are and avoid attaching anything to the walls please.

• Trash:

  • Help us keep the space inviting by taking food trash to the outdoor cans near the curb each day.

• Furry Friends:

  • Planning to bring a pet? Please update your reservation first so we can prepare.

  • The pet fee covers cleaning for one small-to-medium, low-shedding pet. For multiple pets or those with more shedding, we recommend a mid-stay cleaning ($80/hr, 48+ hrs notice) to keep things fresh.

  • Pet Guidelines:

    • Please pick up all pet waste and dispose of it in the designated outdoor bins.

    • Cat owners: We’d love to hear your plans for litter, spraying, and furniture protection before you arrive (ideally before booking) to ensure a smooth stay.

    • To protect the lawn, please avoid letting pets relieve themselves on the grass.

  • Pet Cleaning Fees: $80/hr for extra cleaning (fur, waste, odors, etc.), plus any repair or replacement costs if needed.

• Linen & Damage Fees:

  • If linens are damaged or permanently stained, the following fees apply to help us replace them:

    • Towels: $20 each

    • Sheet sets: $100 per set

    • Pillowcases: $25 each

    • Quilts/Blankets: $20–$500 depending on the item
