The door facing Grayland St is the laundry room back door and is not a guest entrance. Please always use the pink front door on Wendover Ave.

Park along the curb on Grayland St where there is room for two vehicles. Then walk around to the pink front door on Wendover Ave to enter.

No full kitchen access. Stays of 30 days or longer include one laundry load per week.

Our landscaping and pest control crews may stop by during your stay. The side yard outside the fence is shared outdoor space and you are welcome to enjoy it.

House Rules

Guests: All guests must be registered on your Airbnb reservation before arrival.

ID required: Government-issued photo ID matching the booking name is required at check-in.

Daily trash: Please take food trash to the outdoor cans near the curb each day.

Furniture and décor: Please leave everything as you found it and avoid attaching anything to the walls.

Pets: One pet is permitted with a $25 per night fee. Please update your reservation before arrival and pick up all waste immediately. Extra cleaning is billed at $80 per hour.

Traveling with a cat? You must disclose your method for containing cat litter and preventing clawing and spraying before you book. Failure to disclose prior to booking is a breach of house rules and may result in cancellation of your stay.

Plumbing: Please flush only human waste and toilet paper. Do not flush wipes of any kind, including those labeled flushable. Plumbing clogs caused by flushing prohibited items will be billed to the guest at $100 to $500 depending on the extent of the repair.

Fragrance-free home: We keep this space free of synthetic fragrances to protect guests with sensitivities and migraines. Please do not use plug-in air fresheners, scented candles, or heavily fragranced sprays during your stay. Read why this matters to us ↗

Linen damage fees: Towels $20, sheet sets $100, pillowcases $25, quilts $20 to $500.

Pests: If you spot something, let us know right away. We will arrange pest control or a mid-stay clean with 48 or more hours of notice.

No date holds: Dates are only held with a confirmed and paid Airbnb booking.

Check-out by 10:00 AM

Remove all trash to the outdoor cans on the curb.

Collect all personal items from both rooms.

Leave the home in respectful condition and pull the front door shut behind you.

Cleaning beyond 5 hours is billed at $80 per hour. Items left behind will be removed at $100 per truckload. Need a different checkout time? Just ask and we will do our best to accommodate.
