Mawmaw Uschi's is a private room in a shared space home. We host two private bedrooms upstairs in our home with a jack and jill bathroom between the rooms. Each room has a queen bed and a dedicated desk. Each room has a closet and plenty of room to stow your belongings out of the way. Uschi's space is located less than a mile from Cone Hospital as well as Downtown Greensboro in the Idlewood Neighborhood. This room will accommodate up to two registered guests.

  • Parking: Street parking is free along Grayland St. Please do not park in the driveway.

  • Flexibility: Pets are welcome (pet fee based on shed level, number of pets and length of stay), long-term stays are encouraged, and self check-in via a keypad is enabled for smooth entries and exits.

We are a pet friendly rental and love hosting up to 2 pets per booking. Please contact us beforehand if you plan on bringing a cat.
