Greensboro 2025 City Council Guide: Quotes, Résumés, Spouses, and Who’s Funding the Campaigns

Greensboro’s municipal elections are officially nonpartisan. No party labels appear on the ballot. However, North Carolina voter registration is public, so every candidate has a registered party. News outlets and voter guides routinely report these affiliations. Campaign-finance reports for these races are filed with the Guilford County Board of Elections. The final pre-election reports were due Oct 27, 2025; canvass is Nov 14. Detailed donor lists are not yet digitized on the state site, so only big-picture funding patterns can be summarized below.
