We don’t help folks “find rentals” unless we’re handing them the keys to one of our own homes.

Hunsucker’s Place features bedrooms named for Eric’s three sons: Landon, Larson, and Logan. It’s a cozy, music-infused home where family and legacy meet.
The Library of Ivy & Ellie is filled with memorabilia honoring Joy’s daughters. Guests can browse real books and personal artifacts while soaking in the nostalgia of a lovingly preserved 1949 cottage.
My Sister’s House is a tribute to sisterhood—Eric’s sister Sonya and Joy’s sister Wendy—who each played their part in shaping this peaceful, welcoming home.
Your Moms includes two upstairs guest rooms in our personal home, named for Dottie (Joy’s mom) and Uschie (Eric’s mom). These are intimate, meaningful spaces that carry the love and wisdom of the women who raised us.
The Urban Birdhouse, a tiny home crafted by veterans working to build skills in construction, stands as a quiet nod to both of our fathers—men who served their country and whose legacy is built into the beams. This ADU predates Greensboro’s regulations but aligns perfectly with our values of sustainability, service, and accessibility.
Each home includes new and vintage finds, repurposed and upcycled goods, and thoughtful design that makes guests feel seen, not sold to.
