Note: All Guests must agree to and follow community HOA Rules and Regulations. Absolutely no parties allowed and guests are responsible for any damages incurred.

The space
This listing includes use of entire brownstone. Two bedrooms; 1.5 baths, kitchen and living area, small back porch, dedicated parking pad and private entrance at front and rear of listing.
Guest access
Full access to entire property. Guest must be respectful and agree to follow all HOA rules. Parking is with 2 parking static cling stickers provided only in designated spaces. Due to the downtown and close proximity to the two colleges’ location, towing is strictly enforced.
Things to note
This listing is for 12 month or longer rental. All guests must have a valid government-issued ID. All guests are responsible for daily trash removal and being respectful community members at all times.

Pet Fees: The pet fee for this property is a flat one-time fee of $300, but may be impacted by length of stay, number of pets, size and shed level.

This scenic route showcases public art and connects various neighborhoods, enhancing our urban adventures.
One of our favorite destinations is Deep Roots Market, a community-owned co-op grocery store located at 600 N Eugene St. We often walk there to enjoy their delicious hot bar offerings and the welcoming atmosphere.
Occasionally, we venture further using our car to explore other local treasures. Greensboro's extensive trail system makes it easy to combine walks with short drives to discover new places.
