Mawmaw Uschi's and Grandma Dottie’s are private rooms in a shared space home that can be rented together. The two private bedrooms upstairs in our home are adjoined with a jack and jill bathroom between the rooms. Each room has a queen bed and a dedicated desk. Each room has a closet and plenty of room to stow your belongings out of the way. Our shared home is located less than a mile from Cone Hospital as well as Downtown Greensboro in the Idlewood Neighborhood. Each room will accommodate up to two registered guests (4 guests total).

Bathroom: Both room share access to a Jack and Jill style full bath, equipped with essentials such as a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
Amenities: Enjoy central air conditioning, ceiling fans, secure Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace in a private setting. Additionally, safety is a priority, featuring a lock on the bedroom door, security cameras, smoke, and carbon monoxide alarms.
Entertainment: Delight in some leisure time with available piano, books, and reading material. For families, children's books and toys are also on hand.
Kitchen: Kitchen use is not included in this listing, however guests have access to basic kitchen amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dining table.
Outdoors: Experience the greens of Idlewood with a shared patio, balcony, and an open grassy area complemented with outdoor furniture and dining space.
Parking: Please park on the street on Grayland. Street parking is free.
Flexibility: Pets are welcome (with a fee based on length of stay, shed level and number of pets), long-term stays are encouraged, and self check-in via a keypad is enabled for smooth entries and exits.

We are a pet friendly rental and love hosting up to 2 pets per booking. Please contact us beforehand if you plan on bringing a cat.
